The Hermitage & Glencoe
Begin your Scottish road trip by collecting your car from our HQ in Perth, we will spend time taking you through the car and your itinerary, and answer any questions you have regarding your trip.
Your first day will be spent driving north exploring some of Perthshire’s beautiful towns. You will then be heading towards Glencoe, with a detour to Glen Etive famously known as the Skyfall Glen.

Glencoe to Inverness
Today you’ll head North, through the scenic town of Fort William, nestled beneath the UK’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis. From there travel toward the legendary Loch Ness, where you can embark on a boat tour or simply explore at your leisure. Later on, continue to Inverness, the Capital of the Highlands, a vibrant riverside city full of charm.

Start the day exploring the Culloden Battlefield and the Interactive Visitor Centre, which brings history to life and is especially engaging for fans of Outlander. After delving into the past, head into the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. Whether you chose a gentle walk among ancient Caledonian pine forests or opt for a more active afternoon on the sparkling waters of Loch Morlich, it’s a perfect change to connect with the natural beauty of the Highlands.
