GOOD FOOD | OPEN ROADS | HIGHLAND HOSPITALITY

Scotland’s landscapes tell one story. Its food and drink tell another.

This winter journey has been designed for those who believe the best way to experience a destination is through its flavours, traditions and local hospitality.

Over five unhurried days, you’ll wind through the Highlands and across to Skye, the Defender making easy work of roads that feel like they belong to you alone. Four nights unfold in hand-picked hotels — the kind with roaring fires, deep baths, and kitchens that treat Scottish produce with real reverence. Expect dinners built around game, seafood pulled from cold lochs that morning, and the kind of whisky flights that turn a nightcap into an education.

This isn’t a tour you follow — it’s a table you’re invited to. Long lunches, slow drives, and evenings that end with a dram and a view worth remembering.

Five days. Four nights. One Defender. A Highland winter, savoured properly.
